I am a very positve person most of the time and I like making people's real estate dreams happen. As a buyers representative I will focus on what you want, not what pays me the most. As a sellers representative I will do everything I can to sell your home quickly, and to get the most money on the table I can. I also offer no strings attached contracts. If you ever want out of the contract, or your not happy with me we simply part ways. It really is that simple.

Real estate in my opinion is in a slump right now, however it is November and getting close to December, so buying homes isn't the first thing on most peoples minds. In my opinion the election year and the process will bring a wave of positive news for the economy and a correction will be seen in the Real Estate market. Please note that Texas hasn't been affected like the rest of the country. At least not yet. It has slowed down, but not too much around Austin, Texas.

It has been awhile since I posted anything. I will strive to engage the blog more often.

I read an article in the Austin Statesman American that the Austin area had a record year in the sale of real estate. Home inventory is down so the price is going up. This is good for the seller and the buyer.

Texas Hill Country on Fire!!!

I am a Texas Real Estate Agent and I have lived here all my life. I was born in Austin, Texas and have lived in the the Hill Country for almost 30 years now.
